In order to further expand financial development thinking and increase the financial knowledge reserve of administrators of the group, on the afternoon of April 21, Great Aim Group held a special training of financial knowledge at the conference room on 14th floor of Great Aim Building, which was attended by related principals and staff of the financial planning department, the group’s office, the legal affairs department and the project construction application department.
The meeting invited Chen Xiaobin, a director and vice president of the group, to offer operational guidance and share experience on financing work. He stressed that in negotiating with financing enterprises, attention should be paid to two areas. Firstly, learn to think in the shoes of others, understand the focus of attention of financing enterprises in the course of investment. Secondly, have an in-depth knowledge of the group’s project advantages and fully reflect the group’s favorable situation and leading status in the negotiation. The group has made brilliant achievements in areas such as selection of project location, market positioning of products and project development.
Theory can be copied, but experience can only be studied. Chen Xiaobin shared his many years of working experience in six words, “l(fā)oyalty, responsibility, activeness, optimism, learning, team”. Loyalty: Loyal to the enterprise and trust the enterprise; responsibility: responsible with work, neither lazy nor sluggish; activeness: work actively; optimism: bravely facing failure and be confident; learning: keep learning professional knowledge to improve yourself; team: help each other in teamwork.
