I am an owner of Nanwan International 3-1-304. On May 6, I lost two mobile phones at the underground parking lot, one was iPhone 4S. At that time, Tong Qingrong, a security guard who was on duty at the underground parking lot, found my phones and returned them to me. Here I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to him, for his fulfillment of duties and guaranteeing the safety of the residential quarter.
I have lived in Zhuhai for over two decades, during which I have lived in quite some residential quarters. The property management of Great Aim Nanwan International has made me feel warm for its orderly management. As I return to the quarter, I seem to get home. It makes us feel very safe. I often come back to the residential quarter very late. Every time when I see the security guards holding onto their position in the mid night and dealing with all kinds of matters, I will feel grateful and warm in my heart. Led by the security leader, the security guards are very kind to us from their greeting and saluting. Especially, at the underground parking lot, they will help guide the parking, offer to help park our car and carry our luggage. They often help send my heavy luggage back to my house. Residents of the quarter all reflect that the security guards are just like their family, who will lend a hand when they need help. They get along very harmoniously with the owners, which cannot be experienced in other residential quarters.
Leaders of Nanwan International, leaders of property management office, and security leader, it is your correct leadership that has cultivated such a group of excellent managers and security guards, so that we owners can enjoy a good living environment and sense of safety. Tonight I write this letter of thanks, wishing that leaders of the company can praise this security guard and leaders of the management office and security leader.
