Today, Great Aim Group will launch a product release event of "a large riverbank project in the center of bay area" at Four Seasons Hotel of Shenzhen. Its masterpiece Central City will be unveiled to the city. Chen Jingsong, chairman of World Union Properties Consultancy, will analyze the core values of Longgang and discuss the prospect and development opportunities of the project under "Eastward Expansion Strategy".
It was introduced that the project is located at Exit A of Ailian Subway Station of Longgang Line, with an access to convenient traffic and thus able to take you to different corners of the city; covering diversified types of operation, such as low-density waterside residential community, CBD and commercial center, it is a high-quality residential project at the bank of Longgang River. As an important part of the 6 million ㎡ comprehensive reconstruction of Central Activities Zone planned in Longgang, it will perhaps become a new engine in Longgang after its completion.
