Recently, the signing ceremony on theland dispute mediation for the Great Aim Haiyun Xingwan project was held atJida Sub-district Office of Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai. The signing ceremonywas attended by Yao Zheng, vice president of Great Aim Group, Gao Jie, generalmanager of Great Aim Group Zhuhai Xingwan Properties Co., Ltd., Zhong Guozhuo,deputy secretary of the Party’s work committee of Jida Sub-district, Xiangzhou District,Zhuhai, Feng Fengmei, director of Jida Sub-district Office and ownerrepresentatives of the residential quarter at No. 160 Qinglvnan Road.

The representatives of three parties respectively signed on the “ThirdParty Agreement on Environment Cleaning and Improvement of the ResidentialQuarter at No. 160 Qinglvnan Road of Jida Sub-district”.

After the signing ceremony, the ownerrepresentatives of the residential quarter awarded a silk banner to the Groupto express their gratitude, which was inscribed with “Shouldering SocialResponsibility, Highlighting the Charm of a Renowned Enterprise”.

It was saidthat Great Aim Group has always complied with the requirements of governmentaldepartments and implemented the decisions of the government. In June 2018,Haiyun Xingwan project legally and compliantly obtained “four certificates andone letter”, namely the Planning Certificate for Construction Land, the ApprovalLetter for Construction Land, the Real Estate Warrant, the PlanningPermit for Construction Project and the Construction Permit for theProject. Now the project has already been fully ready for commencement. However,since 2017, there has been a dispute between the project and owners of theresidential quarter at No. 160 Qinglvnan Road due to the issue of land useright. For this reason, the construction progress of the project has beenaffected all the time. Under the coordination effort of Jida Sub-districtOffice, considering the actual difficulties of the owners of the residentialquarter, Great Aim Group offered to build supporting facilities for the owners,shoulder the social responsibility actively and highly its charm as a renownedenterprise.
