On June 16, 2017, the Ningjia Garden Project in Shenzhen (name for promotion: Great Aim Central City - Stage 1) obtained the Award Certificate for High-quality Construction Structure Project in Guangdong Province, which is the fourth honor this project has been awarded after winning the Excellent Site of Safe & Civilized Construction Award, the Award for High-quality Construction Structure Project of Shenzhen in the first half year of 2016, and the Gold Award for the 3rd Excellent Project Construction Drawing Contest of Shenzhen.

It is reported that this award is issued by the Architecture Industry Association of Guangdong Province. It aims to lead and motivate all parties concerned in construction projects to enhance process control, ensure structure safety and improve construction quality. The Award for High-quality Construction Structure Project of Guangdong Province represents the highest level of the construction quality of the Province and is an important symbol for fine projects and corporate brands. The winning project features scientific structure, standard construction management, rigorous & effective process control and rich scientific & technological content.
As the first project for the first-tier city layout strategy of Great Aim Group, Ningjia Garden Project always holds the tenets of “Lead Elegant Living” and “Quality First”; it keeps the overall structure design in line with international standard, chooses construction organization by a high criterion and imposes strict requirements on the project construction. This project invites Gensler, a US architectural design company that has designed the highest building in the world - Burj Khalifa Tower and the highest building in China – Shanghai Center, as its architectural design company for the stage 1 to 3 projects of the Ningjia Garden. The construction party is Jiangsu Huajian, which holds the special-grade general contractor qualification for building construction engineering in China; it has successively won 14 Luban Prize for Construction Project, 3 National Best, 7 Ministry Prize and 8 National Customer Satisfaction Project; besides, it is entitled as the Special Honor of Luban Project, Special Honor Enterprise for Luban Project and Excellent Enterprise for Construction Quality Management of China.
Throughout the construction process of Ningjia Garden, all procedures are put under rigorous control and management, and the construction quality has also been constantly improved; it attaches much importance to “green” construction and energy saving to create a high-quality, fine and exemplary project, which is expected to serve as a quality pacesetter for later projects. The winning of this award means the full recognition on Great Aim Group’s principle of “Aim for High Quality and Perfection”.
