Great Aim Central City Won "Annual Award for Green Architectures" in China Annual Meeting of Real Estate 2016發布時間：
On November 27, the "2016 (8th) China Annual Meeting of Real Estate" was held in Shenzhen Intercontinental Hotels & Resorts. The "Great Aim Central City", a project built by the group in Shenzhen, won an "Annual Award for Green Architectures" for its outstanding energy saving and environment friendly design.

The event was guided by China Real Estate Association and co-hosted by HSBC Business School of Peking University and Nanfang Metropolis Daily, gathering real estate authorities at home and experts and scholars of the industry to discuss real estate and sharing economy under the context of Internet. At the awarding ceremony of "Night of Chinese Real Estate" held that night, "Great Aim Central City" won an "Annual Award for Green Architectures" for its internationalized architectural design, super high standard of low carbon and green, energy saving and protection, and development philosophy emphasizing environment design and natural conservation.

As the first project for the group to march into Shenzhen in an attempt to build a brand image in Shenzhen, relying on an acute market insight and a forward-looking and complete thinking on project planning, the Central City has blended many internationally advanced technologies and configurations into its product positioning, only for the purpose of building a "futuristic complex" that is smart, environment friendly and excellent in quality. Guided by the philosophy of "Navigate for life quality pursuers", the project implements green construction in engineering structure, tries to protect natural environment in areas such as Longgang River and control the construction in the whole process. The project consists of high-rise buildings and multi-floor garden houses and has built a great corridor integrating the river views and city park landscapes.
It was reported that the project has invited Gensler Architecture Design Firm of the US. Shanghai Tower designed by Gensler has been reputed as "No. 1 high building in Far East". Meanwhile, the construction of the project was undertaken by Jiangsu Huajian, one of the first batch of units with special-grade qualification as general contractor of housing construction and a winner of 14 "Lu Ban Prizes". Great Aim Group has created an internationally high-level construction team for the project after studying and considering each link in depth, from planning and design to construction, from quality of indoor space to construction unit to property management.
In May 2016, the Central City received an award for "Excellent Site for Production Safety and Civilized Construction" from Shenzhen Construction Industry Association; in August, the project won an "award for excellent structural engineering of Shenzhen in the first half of 2016" from Shenzhen Construction Industry Association and a "gold prize for construction drawing quality of Shenzhen".
It was learned that Zhuhai Great Aim Group Co., Ltd. was established in 1994 and is now involved in real estate industry, but also covers near ten other industries such as optical communication technology, intellectual property operation, settlement and trading and owns an independently developed U-beacon system that fills an international gap and 38 independent technologies.
