Ningjia Garden Project Won Gold Award for Construction Drawings Quality of Architectural Engineering of Shenzhen in Its Third Session發布時間：
In the third quarter this year, Shenzhen Ningjia Garden (promoted with the title: Phase I of Great Aim Central City) won a "Gold Award for Construction Drawings Quality of Architectural Engineering" among 289 entries in the review and appraisal of excellent construction designs of housing engineering hosted by Shenzhen Exploration & Design Association (SZEDA).
The event is established by SZEDA, which is awarded to projects submitted by enterprises after undergoing a strict review and appraisal by an expert panel, with an aim to build "Shenzhen's quality", further improve the construction drawing design level of housing engineering in Shenzhen, strengthen the responsibility awareness of engineering design enterprises in "serving the society with fine designs", establish an industrial benchmark of construction drawing design and stimulate engineering technicians to design the drawings attentively.
The results have been announced on Shenzhen Construction Net (the website of SZEDA).
According to the person in charge of the project, Ningjia Garden is the first real estate project developed by the group in Shenzhen, which creates a residential benchmark and leads the urban update in the river-side CBD of 6 million ㎡ in the central area of Longgang with its international level. Therefore, from the moment of its construction drawing design, the project has insisted on international standards. The construction drawing designing unit has been required to be strictly scientific and careful and perfection-seeking in the process of design. Finally, the project won three honors for its outstanding quality in succession, namely, "Excellent Site for Production Safety and Civilized Construction", "Award for Excellent Structural Engineering" and "Gold Award for Construction Drawing Quality of Architectural Engineering in Its Third Session".
