On February 28, the first board meeting of the group in 2016 was held in Wende Thatched Cottage of Lufeng. The meeting was held for two days, which was attended by all members of the board of the group, Zhang Jinsong, director of project management center of the group and Liu Kai, engineering supervisor.
The meeting was presided over by Zhao Riyun, administrative supervisor of the group. The meeting's agenda consisted of four parts, namely, the mobilizing speech of Chairman Yang, work reports by members of the board, laying down the work tasks of each real estate project in 2016, and summary of the meeting. In the mobilization speech, Chairman Yang said, the whole day's work depends on a good start in the morning, the whole year's work depends on a good start in the spring, and the whole life's work depends on diligence. No sowing in the spring, no gain in the autumn; no hard work in the youth, no gain in the old age. For an enterprise, or a government and a country, the spring is the time for one to have a panoramic view of the situation and make a deployment for the goals. By analyzing the current development trend of the enterprise, he called on all people to grasp the opportunities, strengthen management, and fully understand and clarify their responsibilities, make good decisions for the fulfillment of the first year's targets in the three-year strategic plan confirmed by the board meeting in 2015 and have double harvests in business strategies and personal ideals.
Based on the spirit of the mobilization speech, the directors made an in-depth analysis, summarized their respective work and established the targets for each work of the group in 2016 based on the current key work of the group.
Based on arrangements made by the meeting and each work requirement, the summary part of the meeting will be made on the enlarged board meeting which will be convened in the near future.
