——Holding the enlargedmeeting of the board to celebrate the 21st anniversary of Great AimGroup
In order to celebrate the 21st anniversaryof Great Aim Group (GAG), the enlarged meeting of the board was been hold inNanwan International at the afternoon of Nov 18th, 2015, all theemployees of group and representatives of subsidiary companies attended.
The meeting hosted by Liang Ziyi, the secretary of chairman of the board. Firstly, Yu Daoqun, the general manager of GAG, summarized the development progress of GAG during the 21 years. Yu Daoqun reviewed the big milestones during the development period of GAG in his presenting, and expressed the wishes that GAG would be better and achieve more efforts on the basis of GAG’s idea “urban operation is the origin, navigation for live”. Secondly, Yang Zhixiong, the vice chairman of the board summarized and reported the development of real estate plate. As the person in charge of the other important plate, technology plate of GAG, manager Xie Yongsheng summarized and reported the periodical achievement in this plate, and pointed out the plan of development in the future. “assembling is the fire, dispersing is the stars”, the genius in different department are the key of development. The administrative director, Zhao Riyun summarized the administration work in the past, and requested and expected it could be better in the future.
The chairman of the board, Mr. Yang Feng summarized the development during the 21 years, and he mentioned the development direction of GAG. “build the shape externally, mould the spirit internally ”, Yang Feng refer employees to keep the “tree & vine spirit”, which is the core of GAG’s culture in their work. To be a man like the honest tree, to work like the solid vine, be a moral man before working, and working can be success. GAG achieved the excellent grade in the past 21 years step by step. In real estate part, GAG successfully enter the first-tier city, and bid farewell to the period that “having the good program but no investment”. The total value of processing projects are 51 billion RMB already. In the technology part, the white light positioning technology take the lead in the country even in the world, and already got many patents. it will establish 1 or 2 listing subsidiary corporation in this 1 to 3 years, to keep working hard for the goals “fill in the blanks of the country even the world”. Real estate plate and technology plate are the wings of GAG, can take the GAG fly in the beautiful future. Furthermore, Yang Feng mentioned the key points of working now: 1. Improving the training program of employees, consummating the “understudy” system; 2. Building the effective new enterprise platform; 3. Improving the work efficiency, use “credit” to instead of “toil”.
Afterthe meeting, buffet was prepared for everyone who attended the meeting.
