A Skills Competition Organized among Order Keepers of Great Aim Property發布時間：
Training on positions for application in the future
To fully enhance the professional skills and level of order keepers and try to create a team of order keepers "satisfactory to the owners", the comprehensive management department of Great Aim Property organized a skills competition among five projects from July 1 to 16.
In order to focus on actual effects, the competition set two links, namely, company's regulation and theory quiz and professional skills, with an aim to test the actual performance of each team of order keepers, select top-notch personnel to promote the order keepers of each project to improve their skills.
In the regulation and theory quiz, test questions have been compiled based on the actual condition of each project and referring to the management regulations such as Employee Handbook and Handbook of Comprehensive Service Work. The quiz took on the form of a supervised closed-book exam within a time limit, which created a serious atmosphere.
The fire extinguishing drill had pushed the competition to a climax. All contestants displayed a good spiritual outlook and splendid skills. They competed with their best state and revealed the best in them. The applause was echoing from the audience. Wonderful moments were snapshot by the camera.
After the competition, leaders of the company commented on the competition, fully recognized the training effects of each project. The special skill training has achieved initial success, which laid down a solid foundation for the property center to improve its service quality in the future.
