At 3 pm on January 25, the "Summary Conference 2013 & Awarding Ceremony for Advanced Organizations of Great Aim Group" was held Harbor View Hotel & Resort, which was attended by Chairman Yang, vice chairman Yang Zhixiong, president Yu Daoqun, other members of the board and thousands of employees.
The event was presided over by Zhao Riyun, administrative supervisor of the group. After a simple opening remark, President Yu Daoqun firstly introduced the overall operation status of the group in 2013 to all people. He said, the group achieved an outstanding performance in 2013 and the output value of all new projects was estimated to exceed 10 billion Yuan.
"The group has developed for 20 years up to date. During these 20 years, we cannot do without your efforts and sacrifice. As a leader, I would express our gratitude for your efforts and achievements in 2013." Chairman Yang said, in the coming years, the group will make a bigger leap. Other than the real estate segment, it will make two companies go public in two or three years. And the group will make a significant change by moving its headquarters to Hengqin.
Later, it was the awarding ceremony. 20 employees from different departments and positions of the group won the honor of "Excellent Employees of 2013". The fund planning department and Zhongshan Decorative Lighting Town Company won the honor of "Advanced Collectives of 2013" and Chen Xiaoyan, general manager of the fund planning department won the award for "individual with prominent contribution in 2013".
"I have worked in Great Aim Group for near 20 years and felt the family warmth of the group. I like the company very much. The group offers a good platform for the youth, and I wish that more youngsters will cherish their time in the group and better blend into the big family." Peng Yanhua from the group's office said after winning the honor of "Excellent Employee of 2013". She cherished her work and life in the enterprise and big family of Great Aim.
