On May 14, the group held a signing ceremony for letters of responsibility for targets of operation and management in 2013 at Nanwan International.
Entrusted by Chairman Yang Feng, Yang Zhixiong, vice chairman of the board, Yu Daoqun, president of the group and Zhao Riyun, administrative supervisor respectively signed letters of responsibility for targets with principals of 23 units and departments in the segments of real estate, operation & management and administration. In the form of a letter of responsibility, the targets and tasks confirmed by the board of the group for 2013 were decomposed to each unit and department.
Shortly after the Spring Festival, the group organized and convened the first board meeting of 2013, which summarized the work of previous year and proposed the targets and tasks for 2013 of increasing the real estate development and construction area by 1 million ㎡ and the stock assets and part of the new projects' sales reaching 2.3 billion Yuan. In order to guarantee the fulfillment of the annual targets and tasks, on the basis of summarizing the working experience of fulfilling the targets and responsibilities of operation and management in previous years, the group divided and set this year's targets and responsibilities of operation and management based on segments, which made both tasks and responsibilities clearer.
