Summary Conference 2011 and Get-together 2012 of Great Aim Held in Longteng Bay發(fā)布時間：
On Jan. 18, 2012, the Summary Conference 2011 and Get-together Party 2012 of the group was held grandly at Longteng Bay Club, which was attended by near 400 people, including all members of the board, staff of each center, company, department and office.
The summary conference was presided over by Zhao Riyun, administrative supervisor of the group. President Yu Dao made a summary report on the work of the past year, and Yang Jiaqiong, financial supervisor of the group reported on the evaluation results of each unit in 2011. Later, principals of each subsidiary and key functional department respectively reported on their work of the past year. The conference also commended advanced collectives, excellent staff, units with prominent progress and individuals with outstanding contributions in 2011.
Yang Zhixiong, the acting chairman of the board, made a keynote speech on the work of previous year. He said that under double crises of structural adjustment of the enterprise and a severe regulation of the state on real estate sector, the sales volume of real estate has shrunk. With a spirit of loyalty, dedication and unity, the group has pooled the wisdom and efforts of everyone and finished each working task excellently. Especially in the management team, the medium-level and grass root leaders of the company have made a big progress in their working performance. Their suggestions for work have been well applied in their respective positions and they have made due contributions with actions to their respective fields, and made certain achievements, from which we can see the future of the enterprise. Crisis and opportunity always come together. The arrival of the winter also means the coming of the spring. Looking into 2012, Yang Zhixiong encouraged and called on everyone to grasp the opportunities, challenge difficulties together, continue to give a play to the teamwork and practical spirit of the group, forge ahead to embrace the future bravely, realize their life dream with practical actions.
As soon as the meeting was over, the venue was instantly transformed into the venue for the banquet and get-together party. After everyone took the seat, the multi-functional hall was turned into an ocean of joy. In the shining light, a wonderful party was staged. At the beginning, Chairman Yang first addressed the banquet. He extended greeting and best wishes to all people and sincerely thanked all people for their contribution to the company and led all directors to propose a toast to everyone. In the toast, the spring banquet and get-together party 2012 of the group were kicked off.
Unlike previous years, this year participants were divided into four teams and competed with each other. Each team was led by 2-3 directors of the board. As the PK of four teams was kicked off, the stage aroused a heated atmosphere, with applause, music, cheers echoing. The members of each team were active and displayed their best performances such as singing, martial arts and creativity. In each link, the staff staged their well-prepared performances in different forms, which were wonderful and pushed the party to climaxes one after another. In addition, the interaction and games at the site were also wonderful, and attracted the active participation by the audience. The exciting performances, funny games and expected lottery drawing...highlighted the theme of the party "Dragon Rising and Tiger Leaping" and deepened the communication of everyone in the heated and humorous interactions. At 12 pm, the party was concluded in the laughter.
