The Phase II of Lanbo Shui'an, Phase II of Junyi Garden, two projects of the group in Zhongshan passed the inspection and welcomed their owners respectively on December 31, 2011 and January 9, 2012.
Phase I and II of Lanbo Shui'an were sold out instantly for their favorable geographic location and high cost performance. The landscapes on both banks of Government First River and the night view along the Qijiang River are connected to form beautiful landscapes, which promoted the accelerated appreciation of housing projects on both banks. Instantly, the houses along Qijiang River were short of supply. It has become a fashion and admiration in Zhongshan to own a house of Lanbo Shui'an.
After Phase I of Junyi Garden was delivered on May 31, 2011, its sales rate and occupancy rate had both reached 100%. Riding on the victory of Phase I, Phase II passed the government planning and comprehensive inspection in advance on December 31, 2011 under the cooperation and construction efforts of the construction unit Yuehai Construction Company, which was originally scheduled to be delivered on January 31, 2012.
