Enlarged Board Meeting of the Group in 2006發(fā)布時間：
From February 26 to 28, 2006, the first enlarged board meeting of the group in 2006 was held at Ping Sports Valley Countryside Club, which was attended by all members of the board and principals of each secondary company and functional department. The meeting reformed the previous agenda model and adopted two stages, democracy first and centralism later. In the early stage of the meeting (Feb. 26-27), all attendees launched a fierce discussion on the drafted management measures of the group for each unit in 2006 and the group's financial budget draft and digital management in 2006. Through discussion, it provided basis for the indicators of performance assessment of each unit in 2006 and clarified the thoughts for the group to strengthen project cost management and develop work procedures consistent with its characteristics. In the later stage of the meeting (Feb. 28), the board meeting of the group was officially held on the basis of the first stage.
On the board meeting, referring to the discussion of the first stage, Chairman Yang organized all directors to develop specific measures and standards for key issues such as signing process, assessment indicators of each functional and business unit involved in project management of the group, discuss and pass the management measures of each unit for 2006. The meeting also set development targets for the group in this year.
The whole meeting fully reflected the characteristics of the group's management developing towards democracy, pragmatism and digitalization. The meeting was a big success.
