Ten years ago, Yuehai International Garden, a wall away from Macau, was opened, which created a hot sale miracle of customers lining up for three days and nights, and opened up the "era of large projects" of Zhuhai with its scale of near 200,000 ㎡. In 2001, Zhuhai launched reconstruction of urban villages and suspended the commencement of other real estate projects. Great Aim Group withdrew from Zhuhai and developed Lanbowan Garden and Dengdu Huating in Guzhen Town of Zhongshan, and established subsidiaries or branches in places such as Shanwei, Chongqing, Guilin and Qinzhou in succession. In 2009, with the opportunity of Zhuhai launching urban construction with an investment of 300 billion Yuan, the board of directors of Great Aim Group decided to transfer its focus and concentrated its main development teams on the Pearl River Delta region centered on Zhuhai and return to Zhuhai.
According to the statistics, the total asset of the group at home and abroad in 2009 exceeded 17 billion Yuan. In 2009, the tax paid by the group for the state was estimated to exceed 300 million Yuan.
In 2007, Great Aim Group was listed among the "top 50 brands of Asia" and its founder Yang Feng received an "Award for figure of the year of Asian brands".
In 2008, Great Aim Group established a strategic alliance with Carlyle Partners of the US and Merrill Lynch of the US and entered a cooperation in substantial projects, which established a strong shield for the capital operation of real estate projects. In 2009, the group further established a strategic partnership with CCB International (Holdings) Co., Ltd. under China Construction Bank. Meanwhile, Zhuhai branch of Bank of China, Zhuhai branch of Construction Bank and Zhongshan branch of Construction Bank, the three banks signed a comprehensive credit contract with the group, which granted a credit amount of 10.8 billion Yuan.
On November 18, 2009, the 15th anniversary celebration series activities of the group were kicked off by the simultaneous launch of cornerstone laying ceremonies of three real estate projects developed by the group, namely, Nanwan International at the bank of Qianshan River in Zhuhai, Lingfeng International on the bank of Huangyang River in Doumen and Junyi Garden in Sanjiao town, Zhongshan. With the development of the three projects and Lanbo Shui'an project that has commenced construction this year in Zhongshan, in 2009 the group has launched projects with a scale of over 1 million ㎡.
